These terms govern your use of Buildr Notes, an app operated by Shabazz Ventures ("we", "us"). By installing or using Buildr Notes, you agree to these terms.
Buildr Notes is a notes app for writing, handwriting, drawing, and attaching videos, with optional AI writing assistance. Buildr Notes is free to use.
You own the notes you create. You are responsible for what you write and attach, and for keeping your own backups of anything important. iCloud sync depends on your Apple account and Apple's service.
AI results are generated automatically and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Review results before you rely on them. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful. We may limit or suspend AI actions to prevent abuse or when a provider is unavailable.
You download Buildr Notes from the App Store, and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for Buildr Notes or its support. If these terms conflict with Apple's, Apple's terms control to the extent required.
You agree not to:
Buildr Notes, including its name, logo, design, and code, is owned by Shabazz Ventures. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Buildr Notes on Apple devices you own or control.
Buildr Notes is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Buildr Notes will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shabazz Ventures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, resulting from your access to or use of Buildr Notes.
If we update these terms, we will change the effective date at the top and post the new terms here. Continued use of Buildr Notes after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
